Alman Tedarik Zinciri Yasası Kapsamındaki Bildirimler

We hope that you access all information/offers of our website without any concerns. We can guarantee that we handle your personal electronic data in an extremely responsible manner in strict compliance with statutory regulations. The following data protection provisions are designed to inform you of the specifics of the measures taken by us to protect your data and its handling.

1. No exploitation of your personal data without consent

For reasons of data security, the following data will be saved in a log file when you access our websites:

•  IP address
•  Date and time of the access
•  Name of the retrieved file
•  Access status (ok, partial content, document not found etc)
•  Page from which the access took place
•  Top level domain (for example *.de, *.eu, *.com etc)
•  Web browser used
•  Operating system used.

Kühne only uses this data anonymously and only for statistical purposes, for example in order to determine on which days how many accesses take place. Kühne therefore does not use this data in a personal manner at all. The data is protected against use by unauthorised persons and will not be notified to third parties. However, in exceptional cases we use your personal data if this is absolutely essential for campaigns or competitions and you have expressly and unequivocally issued your consent to the use of your personal data. In order to protect these details against change, theft or third party access, we have installed the necessary electronic protective measures. Your personal details will be deleted at the latest at the end of the corresponding campaigns/competitions, unless you have expressly requested that these be included in the Kühne newsletter.

2. Links to third party websites

For reasons of user friendliness, Kühne offers so-called links to other websites on its website. The activation of certain links on our website can, in certain circumstances, lead to the respective site being left and the user forwarded on to an external "foreign" website of a third party. Such third party websites are not under the influence of Kühne, therefore no responsibility can be assumed for the correctness and lawfulness of contents, or offers and services which are offered there. The express written consent of Carl Kühne KG is always necessary in advance for the placing of links to our website on an external website.

3. Social networks

On its website, Kühne also offers links to external social networks. These links are not activated immediately when visiting our website, but rather only when clicking on the provided link. Should you use the link which is provided, it is possible that your user data is transferred to the respective social network and processed there. Should you wish to prevent your visit to our website being known by your social network, you must log out of your social network account before clicking the link. We have no influence over the handling and processing of your data in the social network after the link has been clicked. The handling of your data there is therefore subject only to the regulations and responsibility of the respective network.

4. Cookies (so called tracking technology)

We also use cookies in order to make the use of our website easier. Therefore, when using our websites, short text files can be created which are saved on your computer. With the assistance of the cookies, we can recognise those users who repeatedly use our websites. It goes without saying that this recognition takes place without saving a full IP address, ie anonymously without the saving of personal details. Therefore, no trace back to the user can be created. Due to recognition, we can tailor our websites to the wishes of our visitors and offer optimised information accordingly. This recognition and page optimisation service is provided by Etracker GmbH. We chose this company because it is located in Hamburg and is therefore subject to German data protection laws. However, you can deactivate the service mentioned above using the following link: http://www.etracker.de/privacy?et=V23Jbb. Should you decide to deactivate the service, then under certain circumstances you cannot fully use our website services. The removal of recognition and site optimisation cookies which are already saved on your computer takes place by means of the deletion of temporary websites.

5. Protection of children and young people

In case of campaigns or competitions for example, we do not save any personal data of children and young people under the age of 16 unless the parents or guardians agree to such. Following a notice by the parents or guardians, we will therefore immediately delete such details.

6. Data disclosure due to mandatory official measures

In case of electronic contacting or communication, data of the user is, as a rule, transported via an open network which is accessible to everybody. In addition, the data circulates across national borders, even if the sender and recipient are in the same country. Should the individual data packages be transmitted in encrypted form, the sender and recipient remain unencrypted however. Therefore it cannot be excluded that sent data can be viewed by third parties and that contact to Kühne can be reproduced. Please bear in mind that discretion when communicating via email is not guaranteed for system related reasons. Within Kühne, personal data is transferred and saved in a protected environment (for example through firewalls), provided that you have granted us permission to save the data. Kühne takes all reasonable measures to ensure that personal data cannot be viewed by third parties. This does not include partners who provide services for the website visitor on behalf of Kühne. However, Kühne has obtained express assurances that the partner maintains an equivalent privacy and security policy.

7. Datenoffenlegung auf Grund zwingender behördlicher Maßnahmen

In exceptional cases, Kühne can be obliged to disclose personal data due to mandatory legal regulations or official measures. Should such an obligation arise, Kühne will check this carefully prior to the disclosure of data.

8. Data protection officer / communication concerning data protection

Should you have any questions or concerns concerning the gathering, processing or use of your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact our data protection officer.
