POTATO AU GRATIN

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
2 onions
Desired amount of grated Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
2 tablespoon of Kühne Balsamic vinegar
1 chicken bouillon
Mushrooms and other vegetables if desired
Preparation.
Cut 4 potatoes and 2 onions in thin and big slices. Apply olive oil to baking tray. Align the previously cut potato and onion slices to the tray by strewing parmesan cheese between them until they become 4 layers. (If desired, mushrooms and other desired vegetables must be added at this phase) Melt the chicken bouillon and pour it at the sided of potato layers down to the bottom of the tray. Fill the upmost layer with parmesan cheese and chipped bread. Pass small olive oil drops on it. Bake for 1 hour in a previously heated oven at 200 degrees celsius. After taking the tray out the oven, pass 2 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar with small drops over the meal. Allow 5-6 minutes for the used ingredients to give their flavor and then serve.
