Carl Kühne AŞ’s vinegar plant in Sultandağı/Afyon is one of Turkey's greatest vinegar plants both in terms of technology and production capacity.
Our plant covers an area of 2,600 m2 on a 10,000 m2 land including 600 m2 vinegar production area, 650 m2 vinegar stocking tank area and 1300 m2 packed production area. In our plant containing a total of 48 tanks with various stocking capacities, 2,950,000 LT of vinegar can be kept at 10% acidity.
Depending on sales conditions, 9,720,000 LT of Alcohol, White Wine, Apple and Grape vinegars are produced per year at 10% acidity. Again yearly bottling capacity is 10,000,000 bottles.
In our plant, vinegar production is made automatically with computers using SUBMERS technology (Acetator) by H.frings company. Produced vinegar is filtered and sterilized using CROSSFLOW filtring system.
