BROCCOLI SALAD WITH SESAME

Ingredients:

400 g. broccoli
2 boiled yolk
1 big tomato
2 long green peppers
2 tablespoonful of sesame
1 tablespoonful of soy oil
Salt


For sauce:

1 tablespoonful of soy sauce
3 tablespoonful of soy oil
3 tablespoonful of vinegar
1 teaspoonful of mustard
Black pepper

Preparation.

4* Crush yolks in your hands. Wash the broccoli and boil slightly in salty water and sieve. Clean the tomato and cut it into cubes. Clean the peppers and cut it cross. Put all ingredients into a deep salad bowl and mix them.

* For sauce; mix soy sauce, soy oil, vinegar, mustard and black pepper and pour the mixture on the salad.

* Fry the sesame in 1 spoonful of soy oil. Add it to the salad. Serve after leaving to rest for 5 minutes.
